 - In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.3 Synopses of Contract Awards, this notice synopsizes through�the Government Point of Entry (GPE) Phase I awards in response to the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Solicitation No. 70Z02320RACB00700.� The USCG received eight (8) offers in response to the solicitation.� The following companies received an award, in accordance with the solicitation: Blackfish Solutions Limited Liability Company, 721 Depot Drive, Anchorage, AK 99501; Gravois Aluminum Boats Limited Liability Company, 6814 E. Admiral Doyle Drive, Jeanerette, LA 70544; Inventech Marine Solutions Limited Liability, 8585 SW Warrior Drive, Bremerton, WA 98312; and MetalCraft Marine US Incorporated, 22620 Fisher Road, Watertown, NY 13601. The total contract price�for each of the awardees is as follows: Blackfish Solutions' total contract price�is $103,544,535.67; Gravois Aluminum Boats' total contract price�is $99,612,857.03; Inventech Marine Solutions' total contract price�is $103,683,652.22; and MetalCraft Marine's total contract price�is $97,955,719.74. In accordance with the solicitation, proposals were evaluated based on four factors: (1) Mission Effectiveness, (2) Supportability, (3) Past Performance, and (4) Total Evaluated Price.� All non-price factors are listed in descending order of importance and, when combined, are approximately equal to price.� As the technical proposals become closer in quality, price increases in relative importance. The USCG used a tradeoff source selection process and, in consideration of the evaluation factors, the USCG determined the above proposals provided the best value.
