- PROJECT TITLE: HOME, Rehabilitate Maintenance Building #2 The Department of Interior, National Park Service, Midwest Region Major Acquisition Buying Office is issuing solicitation (140P6021R0017) on Beta.sam (https://fbohome.sam.gov/), to Rehabilitate Maintenance Building #2 at Homestead National Monument, Beatrice, NE. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% WOMEN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. TYPE OF CONTRACT: It is anticipated that One (1) Firm-Fixed Price Contract will be awarded on a best value basis. A source selection process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15, Source Selection Procedures, utilizing a Performance Price Trade Off process (PPT). The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct discussion should it be deemed in the Government's best interest. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. NAICS CODE: 238350 (Finish Carpentry Contractors). The small business standard is $16.5M. In accordance with FAR 36.204(b) the Project Magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Estimated at 90 days from NTP being issued. THE PROJECT IS SUBJECT TO THE DAVIS-BACON ACT: General Decision Number: NE20210008 Superseded General Decision Number: NE20200008 Construction Type: Residential County: Buffalo, Gage and Jefferson Counties in Nebraska. REQUIRED SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS: 1. Completed Price Schedule: in Section B of Solicitation 2. Complete and sign the SF-1442 3. Review all required vendor completed sections within the solicitation document and provide all requested documents and information in section L of the solicitation. 4. Estimated project schedule. PAYMENT PROTECTIONS: The contractor is required to provide PAYMENT PROTECTIONS: The contractor is required to provide one of the following payment protections, A payment bond (SF-25a)or irrevocable letter of credit 100% of the contract price and insurance will be required for this project. SITE VISIT: A Site Visit is highly encouraged. See the solicitation clause 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) for additional information. NOTE: PLEASE REPLACE ANY MENTION OF ""SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION"" WITH ""FINAL COMPLETION"" THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE SPECIFICATION DOCUMENT.
