Description

THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE TO Hubzone Small Business CONCERNS ONLY � The General Services Administration (GSA), Great Lakes Region (Region 5), is seeking interest to hire a contractor to address notable deterioration of concrete in the loading dock and parking garage areas, including removal, replacement, and/or repair of concrete spalling and cracks, reinforcement, waterproofing, and other elements at the John F. Seiberling Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 2 South Main Street Akron, Ohio 44308. Additionally, relocation of the existing guard house, installation of a new guard house, as well as applicable conduit and wiring as necessary, temporary removal and reinstallation of card readers, and trench drains work are also within the scope.� Providing temporary facilities and ensuring continuity of operations for telecommunication and electrical equipment are also requirements of the contract.� �The performance period is 60 calendar days upon receipt to Notice to Proceed.
