- This is requirement was previously synopsized and solicited under SPRMM1-21-R-YC52.� It is now being re-solicited as an unrestricted procurement.� The 100% total small business set-aside has been dissolved. DLA Land & Maritime-Mechanicsburg intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis (under 10 U.S.C. � 2304(c)(1), as supplemented by FAR 6.302-1) a firm-fixed price Requirements contract (see FAR 16.503) for the acquisition of DESALINATOR, HND, OP, NSN 4610-01-319-5337, part number MROD-35LL1 manufactured by Katadyn Desalination, LLC (CAGE 4QM71).� The technical data package (TDP) is proprietary to the original manufacturer.� All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.� The FOB point is Origin.� Inspection and acceptance will be at Origin.� Government source inspection is required.� Offerors should thoroughly read and understand the terms and conditions of the solicitation.
