- Description
- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District will be soliciting proposal for the Hydrant Fuel Replacement at Niagara ARS, Niagara Falls, NY. As part of the construction contract solicitation, the USACE intends to include the following sole source requirement: HVAC Control System: Currently Andover Continuum is installed at Niagara ARS as the HVAC Control System. The construction contract will include a sole sourced brand requirement to utilize Andover Continuum as the HVAC control system by Schneider Electric in order to be compatible with the current Niagara Falls HVAC systems across the base.
