Description

Amendment 0001:� Amendment 0001 is issued to provide response to a question regarding the solicitation.� See attached Amendment 0001 document for details. Solicitation N00173-21-R-ZL05 is for acquisition of support for Chemical/Materials R&D�and Sensors/Systems Development.� The general scope of this requirement includes performance of basic and applied research and development to characterize materials and biological systems; design, synthesize, process, and test materials; and to design, fabricate, and test sensors and systems in the laboratory and field. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside. To be eligible for award, prospective Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) per FAR 52.204-7 under the appropriate business category and NAICS Code 541715. NRL intends to award a single Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Term Form contract from this solicitation.� The anticipated Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be a base period of 12 months from the date of award, plus four (4) twelve (12) month option periods.
