- BLM-CO- West Hardscrabble - Gypsum, CO Weed Spraying ----- This is a pre-solicitation announcement for weed spraying in accordance with Attachment 1 - SOW. The solicitation for this commercial service contract will be released on Monday June 7th for a quick turn-around with the closing for quotations on June 18th. There will be no pre-bid hosted site visit, but We will set up a pre-bid video conference if requested. ----- Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active Registration - www.sam.gov 2. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov -30 Day Prompt Pay 3. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Items 4. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 5. Colorado Applicators License 6. Service Contract Act Wages for Garfield County 7. Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 115310 - Size Std - $8M 8.
