- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA462521Q1049 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05; Effective 10 March 2021. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 711219, Other Spectator Sports, with a Small Business Size Standard of $12,000,000.00. This requirement is a Woman Owned Small Business Set-Aside and will be solicited through SAM.gov as a Firm Fixed Price contract. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations is for sports officiating and score keeping services, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). The bid schedule and contract CLIN schedule must be completed on Attachment 2, Bid Schedule. The Government will not provide contract financing for this acquisition. Invoice instruction shall be provided at time of award. Contractor�s must ensure that they have filled out �Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment� in paragraph (Oct 2020) in paragraph (d) Representation, of the provision at 52.204-24. Pursuant to FAR 12.602 contract award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106. Vendor�s submissions will be evaluated based upon the attached addendum to FAR Provisions 52.212-1 and 52.212-2, Attachment 4. Note: The vendor acknowledges that should the quote terms and conditions and/or agreement conflict with mandatory provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other Federal law applicable to commercial acquisitions, to the extent of such conflict the FAR and Federal law govern and conflicting vendor terms and conditions and/or agreement are unenforceable and are not considered incorporated into any resultant contract. Evaluation Factors: The low three (3) offers will be evaluated by price first. Technical evaluation and past performance ratings will then be evaluated for award selection. The option to extend services up to 6 months will be included in this contract. The pricing for the 6 month option period will be priced at the offered price of Option Year 3. All FAR, DFARS, and AFFARS provisions and clauses appropriate to this action are in Attachment 3 - Provisions and Clauses.
