- Notice of�a requirement to repair the Menoher substation located on Schofield Barracks on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Solicitation will be posted on or about Friday 6/4/2021 at 10:00am Hawaii Standard Time (HST).� A site visit will be scheduled on or about 6/11/2021 at 1:00pm HST.� Please note if�planning on entering the substation area for the site visit, please�bring your own hard hat and wear steel toe shoes�and bring other PPE.� The quotes will be due on or about 6/25/2021 at 10:00am HST.� See draft Performance Work Statement below: The Contractor shall provide all labor and material to repair Menoher Substation Main Transformer (10 Megawatt, 43,000/7200v).� The contractor shall drain 2000 gallons of used Oil:� The contactor shall provide the proper equipment and vehicles required to pump and dispose of the used oil.� The Contractor shall remove and replace defective 3 radiator fins, install 4 new fins, replace 2000 gallon of new oil provided by directorate of Public Works, High Voltage shop.� Provide a moisture shield.� Once repairs are completed, the contractor shall then test the transformers for proper operational function and verify that there are no leaks.
