Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items under FAR Part 12.6 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. (1) Action Code. R � Professional, Administrative and Management Support Services (2) Subject. Dolores RD Turkey Cultural Class III Inventory (3) Description. The USDA Forest Service San Juan National Forest has a contract for Class III intensive inventories CO-SHPO standards for survey areas identified in this contract covering approximately 12,278 acres � broken into a base unit (4,991 acres) and eight (8) optional units (totaling 7,287 acres). (4) Synopsis Period. 3 June 2021 through 18 June 2021 (5) Contracting Office Address.� Intermountain Zone � CSA 3, 324 25th, Street, Ogden, UT 84401 (6) Product or Service Code. Total Small Business (9) Proposed Solicitation Number. 1240LQ21R0009 (10) Proposed Solicitation Period. Solicitation period anticipated from 3 June 2021 � 18 June 2021.� All solicitation documents will be posted to Beta.SAM under the solicitation number at item 9.��� (11) Site Visit. Not Anticipated for this project. (12) Pre-proposal Conference. Not anticipated for this project.� Interested offerors may contact the Forest Service contacts listed below with questions at 20i, below. �� (13) Contact Point or Contracting Officer. Klenise Wallace, klenise.wallace@usda.gov.� All questions pertaining to this upcoming solicitation must be submitted in writing, via email to this contact.� (14) Place of Contract Performance. This is work is located in multiple areas throughout Montezuma and Dolores Counties. Geographic locations, also available in the map in Section D, Attachments and Section B.3 of the solicitation terms. (15) Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Priced, Single-Award, Stand-Alone Contract (16) Contract Award Period of Performance. The contract period is 109 calendar days after the NTP effective date.� Anticipated period is 28 June 2021 through 28 February 2022. (17) Contract Award Date. On or about 25 June 2021. (18) Contract Award Dollar Amount. The awarded dollar amount will be based on competitive pricing received in response to the Government Solicitation in accordance with the solicitation/contract schedule of items. (19) Contractor. TBD following evaluation of competitive proposals.� One (1) contractor will be selected for single award.� Contractor must have active registration in SAM IAW FAR 52.204-7 to receive award.
