- Description
- The Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires a range of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and technical services to maintain Systems contained within multiple MSC classes of ships.It is anticipated that the Government will negotiate on a limited source basis with the OEM utilizing the authority for other than full and open competition located at FAR 6.302-1.
