- All communications and documents must include the pre-solicitation notice the solicitation number (NB687100-21-00450) directly to the Contracting Officer at Meelondrell.Lumpkin@nist.gov. ���������� (1) See the attached DRAFT Statement of Work for more details; ���������� (2) This work shall be performed at the owner�s facility; ���������� (3) The formal Request for Quotation (RFQ) tentative posting date is within 20 days; technical evaluations within 10 days after that and award by Sept 1, 2021. ���������� (4) There is no site visit (or inspection) expected or planned. ���������� (5) The RFQ is estimated to close 30 days after posting. ���������� (6) The RFQ is restricted to small businesses; ���������� (7) There will be no charge for the RFQ; however, it will be only available on https://sam.gov/content/home (SAM.gov), written solicitation will not be issued, and not RFQ time extensions are expected.
