General Services Administration (GSA) Seeks to Lease the Following Space: State: CA City: Greater San Fernando Area Delineated Area: North: Highway 118-Balboa Boulevard-Highway 210 South: Highway 101 to Highway 27 East:�� Highway 210-Highway 118-Glenoaks Boulevard-Interstate 5-Highway 170- Highway 101 West:� Highway 27 to Highway 118 See attached.���������������������������������������������� Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,130 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,530 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 7 Parking Spaces (Surface): 7 reserved and secure Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 15 years Additional Requirements: Offered space must be contiguous on the same floor Ground Floor Space Only A Sally Port is required Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building�owner with their response to the advertisement. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
