- The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District, requires a contractor to replace the existing 4160 V switchgear (including the original air blast main unit breakers with vacuum breakers); replace the existing 480 V double ended-switchgear (including new station service transformers); new powerhouse motor control centers; replacement of powerhouse 480 V CQ panels; the DC system (including new station battery); preferred AC equipment; related protection and controls; new wiring for power, protection, controls, annunciation and ancillaries.
