- This is a full an open Brand name�solicitation for the�dry�lease of�a Cessna Citation Sovereigne Plus including maintenance. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Flight Program Operations Critical Event Response / Transportation Mission, located in Hangar 6 at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Washington, D.C. has a requirement for one (1) leased Cessna Citation Sovereign Plus. There will be an option for a second leased Cessna Citation Sovereign Plus aircraft. This option may or may not be exercised. Amendment 0001�is to attached the revised SOW dated 6/3/2021, post Q&A's and extend the due date for the proposals. Please review revised SOW (dated 6/3/2021) and Q&A's thoroughly�before submitting�final questions on or before June 18, 2021 top primary contact.
