Description

Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) Vertical Grinding Center This announcement serves as a synopsis for informational purposes only. It is not an RFQ. Anniston Army Depot intends to solicit a contract for the purchase and installation of one (1) computer numerical controlled (CNC) internal/external precision grinding center at 7 Frankford Avenue, Anniston, AL.� The contractor shall be responsible for delivery, installation, operational and performance testing and training for the grinding center and ancillary equipment as defined in a statement of work. This will be an unrestricted procurement.� North American Industry Classification System Code is 333517 and the associated size standard is 500 employees.� A solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, and 5.102(a); therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.� The estimated issue date is 18 June 2021.� Proposals must be submitted electronically as stated in the solicitation.� Vendors may download an electronic copy of the solicitation on or after the issue date at https://sam.gov. Hard copies will not be provided. Because the solicitation and any amendments will be issued electronically, the Government is under no obligation to maintain a bidder�s mailing list.� It is incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address to obtain any amendments which may be issued.� Failure to respond in accordance with the amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render an offeror�s proposal non-responsive and may result in rejection of the proposal.
