Description

Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. �The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 Effective March 10, 2021. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 324110, Petroleum Refineries, with a small business size standard of 1,500 Employees. The FSC/PSC is 9140. The Albany VA Medical Center (Samuel S. Stratton), 113 Holland Avenue, NY 12208 is seeking to purchase 19,500 Gallons of #2 Fuel Oil (Heating Oil). The requested products shall be delivered in new and unused/unopened condition. The fill area is accessible by tanker within 20 ft.
