- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The information gathered from market research will be vital in the formation and set aside status of the solicitation. The Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for AOE- Construction Trade Program for the inmates held in the custody of the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, located at the Federal Prison Camp (PFI) Duluth, Minnesota. ��All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations. The contractor will provide advanced occupational training courses in accordance with the Statement of Work(s).� The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contracts with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the future solicitation. The performance period will be for a base year, being Date of Award (DOA) through twelve months and four 12 month option periods. �The requirement for these services will consist of an estimated 30 sessions per week. Each session will be defined as approximately five (1-hour sessions) hours in length.� It is anticipated the services will be required 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. �The government anticipates having sessions twice per day. (Two separate groups of 15 students for a total of 30 students in the program at one time).� Each class/group is defined as three (3) hours in length, two (2) classes/groups per day, four (5) days per week.� The schedule is subject to be adjusted to meet program requirements and the needs of the institution.� A mutually agreed upon schedule between the contractor and the Bureau of Prisons will be determined following award of a contract. ��Not to exceed 30 hours per week. A Government solicitation document to provide these services is being developed, and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. �All future information about this acquisition, including the solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site.
