- Description
- The U.S. Government through the Seattle District, Corps of Engineers is seeking to lease approximately 6,276 square feet of office space and 3,000 square feet of general storage/warehouse space to be used by the Marine Corps Recruiting Main Station, and divided into five (5) general areas: office, conference room, internal storage, shower and general storage/warehouse. The lease shall be a full service to�include base�rent, CAM, utilities and janitorial�for a term not to exceed 10�years�with Government termination rights. Required location is in�Portland, OR and within the defined delineated area boundaries: North: ���� NE Marine Drive South:���� NE Columbia Blvd / NE Sandy Blvd East:� ����� NE 148th Ave West: ����� I-5 Non-exclusive on-site parking for 24 government vehicles must be provided for on a 24 hours 7 days a week basis. Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease to include a gymnasium (900SF), male and female showers and locker rooms, and a conference room (min 750SF).�Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to this advertisement.
