- FONTENELLE PAVING PROJECT The Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Basin Region has a requirement for asphalt concrete paving, crack repair and sealing at Fontenelle Dam, 38 Fontenelle, HWY 316 - Kemmerer, WY 83101. The Request for Quotation using procedures prescribed by FAR Part 36 - Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts in conjunction with FAR Part 15- Contracting by Negotiation will be posted on or about July 10, 2021 There will be a site visit at the Fontenelle Dam later in July 2021 Further information on the site visit will be included in the solicitation. Thereafter, the full solicitation package may be accessed via link to this synopsis at www.sam.gov. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded with a period of performance 8/15/2021 through 9/30/2021. The NAICS for this acquisition is 237310 with a total small business size standard of 39.5 million. Product Service code is Z1LB. Prospective offerors must be registered, and must maintain an active registration, in the System for Award Management database found at http://www.sam.gov; and must register said NAICS code in the ORCA section of the SAM registry. PROJECT Description: The construction project is for construction services for asphalt concrete paving, crack repair, and sealing at the Fontenelle Dam, Fontenelle Power Plant, and the Fontenelle Camp. Requested Response: 1. Interested vendors who can provide the product listed in the attached Draft Statement of Work should submit a capability statement of no more than 10 pages, indicating the ability to perform all aspects of the effort described. 2. Company name, address, and contact information. 3. Dun & Bradstreet Number 4. Business size classification (Small, Small Disadvantaged (SDB), 8(a), Woman-owned (WOSB), Veteran Owned (VOSB), Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SD-VOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) businesses, and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU)/Minority Institutions (MI) including the number of employees and the number of years in business. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This request for information is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of the submission of contractor's information.
