Description

This Firm Fixed Price procurement was solicited and selected under the NASA STMD Early Career Initiative FY 2020 Call for Proposals. The purpose of the NC State contract to provide expertise and effort through a synergistic investigation of (i) sensitivity analysis and active subspace techniques to determine influential parameters, (ii) construction of surrogate and reduced-order models having embedded uncertainties, (iii) implementation of experimental design and Bayesian Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) techniques to quantify parameter and data uncertainties (inverse uncertainty quantification), and (iv) propagation of uncertainties through surrogate models to compute distributions or prediction intervals for statistical Quantities of Interest (QoI).�
