- Description
- The FET AMP is a subassembly within the F-16 AN/APG-68 Modular Low Power Radio Frequency (MLPRF) WHEN REQUESTING ACCESS TO THE BIDSET DOCUMENTS; PLEASE REQUEST THROUGH BETASAM AND REQUEST/SEND A CURRENT DD2345 FORM TO richard.maynard.5@us.af.mil RESTRICTED TO PREQUALIFIED SOURCE(S): A Source Approval Request (SAR) is required from all other interested contractors. Award will only be made to an approved Qualified Source. See Clause 52.209-1 in the solicitation and the Qualification Requirements package attached for qualification information. In accordance with FAR 9.202(e) the Government reserves the right not to delay contract award. See attached Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices of Offerors and Section M - Evaluation Factors for Award. This is a single award IDIQ, Firm Fixed Priced solicitation with a five year ordering period and a six year period of performance with a minimum quantity of 10. Quantities ordered shall be determined at the issuance of each delivery order. Ordering Periods (Dates to be updated prior to award) YEAR 1 - XX XXX XXXX - XX XXX XXXX YEAR 2 - XX XXX XXXX - XX XXX XXXX YEAR 3 - XX XXX XXXX - XX XXX XXXX YEAR 4 - XX XXX XXXX - XX XXX XXXX YEAR 5 - XX XXX XXXX - XX XXX XXXX IDIQ Estimated Maximum $3,804,000.00 Failure of the Government to purchase such items in the amounts or quantities described in the schedule as ""Estimated"" or ""Best Estimated Quantity"" shall not entitle the contractor to any equitable adjustment in price or schedule. Foreign participation is not permitted at the Prime contractor level. First Article Waiver Requests: It is reccomended that all offerors requesting a First Article Waiver complete both Bid A - First Article Required and Bid B - First Article Waiver Request. This would allow the Government to evaluate an offerors proposals should a waiver request be denied.
