Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Soliciting from a Single Source with iMedRIS Data Corp., Redlands, CA, to renew annual upgrade/update/patch service, telephone/e-mail technical support and application hosting for iRIS IRB Assistant Enterprise (IRB Software). �This is a sole source inasmuch as the iRIS application and all respective modules and software are created and provided exclusively by iMedRIS Data Corp. and not available for resale; nor, are any associated technical support services authorized for performance by third party resources. �A firm fixed-price purchase order will be issued on or about 31 Aug 2021 for a 1-yr. period and include (4) 1-yr. option periods. �No solicitation package will be issued. �This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. �Inquiries will only be accepted via e-mail to randy.schroyer@nist.gov. �The government will consider responses received by 5:00PM, EST, 14 Jun 2021. �Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement. �A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. �This notice of intent is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ) nor is it a request for competition. �No telephone requests will be honored.
