Award will be made to SKOOKUM EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS for Portable chemical latrines to the WASHINGTON Army NATIONAL GUARD. A determination not to compete this procurement was made because SKOOKUM is NIB/NISH, a mandatory federal supply source authorized in this geographical area.
