- Description
- The supplier must provide a commercial off-the-shelf, audit documentation management software solution that facilitates efficient and effective planning, analyzing, organizing, collaborating, communicating, and reporting of audit results. Along with the software, the supplier must provide software maintenance, including regular updates for changes in technology, user documentation (user manuals) with illustrations, training, and remote support for administrators and users of the software. The software must have an easy navigable dashboard and be able to maintain summary audit results in a database with tracking ability since it will be used as a final repository for audit files. The audit software must allow multiple auditors on a team to collaborate on the same audit and multiple levels of management to perform real-time reviews and audit oversight without disrupting the audits progress. Working papers and documentation must be easily configurable, with customizable workflows, ad-hoc reports and templates for software functions. Templates and checklists should be modified to reflect DFC OIG terminologies and audit processes. Ability to provide workflow notifications (e.g. when an auditor responds to a managers review comment within an audit step, that manager receives dashboard or email notification, etc.). The supplier will provide help desk support for Tier 2 and 3 services related to supporting DFC/DFC OIG in performing routine system administration, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and configuration issues. Conduct training sessions on the software, commensurate with the size and scope of the deployment. There will be two different types of training covered: preparer/reviewer and administrative for 1-2 days of training to accommodate 6 users (initially). Conduct annual training (upon request) for additional users (up to 15) as well as refresher training for current users. Provide custom reports commensurate with DFC OIG policy and procedures (this will be on-going). The DFC OIG requires a vendor?hosted solution that is configured for DFC OIG use and prefers the infrastructure and software be FedRAMP certified
