36C24921Q0279_2 Amended to include questions and answers to posting. Q1) The pricing sheet, it has a quantity is that one way and we divide the whole trip by 2 or does that just mean one way? A1) Trip charge is round trip Q2) Can you put in a partial bid? A2) You can, but it might not be considered in selection process. Q3) Is there a pricing sheet from another bid from the previous year available? A3) I cannot provide any pricing information Q4) The SAM Notice Description indicates that this Solicitation is set aside for SDVOSB bidders and the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation indicates that it is open market. Please clarify. A4) The FAR 8.402 (f) defines Open Market Items as items not in the Federal Supply Schedule. Per the FAR, Subpart 19.5 Set-Asides for Small Business, A set-aside for small business is the reserving of an acquisition exclusively for participation by small business concerns. A small business set-aside may be open to all small businesses. A small business set-aside of a single acquisition or a class of acquisitions may be total or partial. The VA has supplemental regulations in the VAAR for small business set asides, particularly in Subpart 819.7005 VA service-disabled Veteran-owned small business set-aside procedures.
