Description

Floor Replacement (Work Task 8787392) - Demo and dispose of existing Non-ACM flooring and cove base to include 800 square feet of Ceramic tile.�Provide floor prep to a level to receive new commercial grade LVT flooring. Install new Commercial grade LVT and 6 inch cove base at approximately 149 Linear feet. Basis of design is Mohawk Hot and Heavy LVT and Roppe 700 series 6 inch Cove base located at Bldg. 8306 JBER, AK. All product and performance requirements must meet the attached Statement of Work (SOW), dated 9 Feb 2021. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials and transportation to accomplish Work Task 8787392 for Demo Dispose Install Bldg. 8306 - JBER, AK. Especially: The contractor shall be responsible for everything listed/ located in the SOW, dated�9 Feb 2021 to include Construction Requirements in accordance with United Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) 01 33 00 Submittal Procedures shall govern construction submittals and responsible for all applicable permits, licenses and certificates required to perform and execute this contract, Security, Contractor Badge Policies, Installation Access. In accordance with FAR 36.304(a) Magnitude on Construction Project, estimated price ranges: (a) Less than $25,000.�
