Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and is being conducted under FAR Subpart 13; simplified acquisition procedures apply. VA will conduct the procurement according to a combination of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 36C24521Q0342 and is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, fiscal year 2021.
