Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotes.� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 dated 03/10/2021. The associated North American Industrial Classification System code for this procurement is 334419.� The Product and Service Code is H958.� As referenced in the Sources Sought Notice, this requirement is intended to be a Brand Name API Tech Corp.� New, unused, non-refurbished items only.� The NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER PORT HUENEME DIVISION (NSWC PHD) is seeking the following requirement: DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT or SERVICES Part Number:� SM1124-00 (G638745-1), Description: Frequency Multiplier, X4, Quantity: 8.� Part Number is Commercial. Part Number:� SM1123-00 (G638744-1), Description: Frequency Multiplier, X6, Quantity: 8.��Part Number is Commercial�. Description: Shipping Charges (if applicable). INSTRUCTIONS TO INDUSTRY: Submission of quotes shall be received not later than 07/07/2021.� No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed.� Quotes must be submitted in portable document format (.pdf) by email to the Primary Point of Contact (POC) Rachel T. Smith at rachel.t.smith@navy.mil.� It is the responsibility of the vendor to submit quotes to the POC at NSWC PHD by the closing date of 07/07/2021, 3:00 P.M.� PACIFIC STANDARD TIME. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Beta.SAM/Contract Opportunities.� It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor Beta.SAM/Contract Opportunities for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation.� For changes made after the closing date, only those vendors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. Questions shall be submitted via email no later than 2:00 PM PST on the seventh (7th) calendar day preceding the closing date shown on page one (1) of this solicitation.� Responses to questions and concerns received shall be posted publicly in an amendment to this solicitation.
