- Offerors, Please find attached the AESMP DRAFT RFP for review and comment. The Army requests your questions and comments regarding the attached RFP no later than MAY 10TH by 1200 Central. The previous schedule for the release of the AESMP Final Solicitation was planned for end of April, however this date has slipped to the government�s FY year 4th quarter release. Please note that Attachment 0034 and Attachment 0035 are not being provided as a�part of this draft. We appreciate your comments and are providing all of the information available to have industries support to finalizing this RFP. Please submit all comment/Questions to: usarmy.ria.acc.mbx.aesmp@mail.mil.� **************************************************************************************************************************************************** The Army Contracting Command � Rock Island (ACC-RI) is posting the Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (AESMP) Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Managed Service Provider (MSP)�in order to�perform the Army Enterprise Service Desk Task Order and�the Software and Service (SaaS) PWS�to�perform�the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Task Order. This posting is intended for industry feedback only. The government does not intend answer any questions.� Please provide any feedback to the AESMP mailbox at usarmy.ria.acc.mbx.aesmp@mail.mil. ACC-RI plans to issue the Request for Proposal (RFP) May 2021. The RFP will be open for 45 days. *Please note the phone numbers listed below are not being monitored.
