Description

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to modify an existing Bloomberg Financial L.P. contract to add one additional Bloomberg Anywhere license.� The modification will add an option line item in each of the remaining period of performances (option periods 1, 2, 3, and 4 from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2025).� The Bloomberg Anywhere provides, but is not limited to, direct access to Bloomberg information and data; access to tools necessary to program and auto-extract data for weekly reporting; real-time mapping to Bloomberg news; contact information of Bloomberg user financial market participants; direct connectivity to Bloomberg exclusive news items as well as agglomeration of multiple wire services used in production of daily AM and PM Agency reports; and, access to Bloomberg�s ancillary products, Bloomberg Government and Bloomberg Law.� The anticipated modification will be awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).� The information required by CFTC is deemed available from only source and there is no known alternative source for the information required by CFTC. �Responses are due by noon on June 21, 2021. This notice does not constitute a solicitation for offers and, as such, no solicitation is available. However, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received by the response date and time identified in this synopsis. �Written responses must include sufficient information to establish capability to fulfill the requirement. �Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source contract described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of CFTC.
