Description: Contractor Operations and Maintenance Services (COMS), Contractor Instructional Services (CIS), and Training Device Relocation (TDR) for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) Tactical Operational Flight Trainer (TOFT).� Performance will begin at Naval Station Mayport, Florida and conclude at RSNF Naval Air Base, Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
