Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice - Small Business Set-aside NAICS Code: 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors The MS ANG 172d Airlift Wing intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Project # LRXQ212501 for non-personal services to provide all plant, labor, new and current material, transportation, tools, equipment, appliances, supplies, services, permits, insurance and supervision necessary to Remove and Replace the Fire Alarm Panel at Building 200 and Emergency-Stop Push/Pull Stations at Building 200, in the POL Fuel Yard and on the Flight Line Apron. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes for this work is 238210. The small business size standard is $16.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. This is a 100% total small business set-aside. All responsible firms may submit an offer. This request will result in Firm Fixed Price Contract Award. IAW FAR 36, Project Magnitude ranges from $100,000 - $250,000. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 14 - Sealed Bidding Procedures. A Pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, June 29, 2021. Details for registering for the conference will be available in the solicitation Section 00100. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and should register in accordance with the requirements to be provided in the solicitation, prior to attending for clearance to the facility. The Bid Opening date will be identified in the solicitation. The solicitation and associated information and the plans and specifications will be available only from the Contract Opportunities page at beta.SAM.gov Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
