Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses. NAICS Code: 238290 Small Business Size Standard: $16.5M Solicitation number: FA667521R0018 This solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) for replacing two (2) air compressors to restore full operational capacities at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base (NAS JRB), Fort Worth, Texas. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 Effective March 10, 2021.� Delivery Dates: 90 Calendar Days (Negotiable) In accordance with FAR 4.1102, contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at https://www.sam.gov. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition, and an addenda to this provision is not included. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition, and an addenda to this clause is not included. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition, and reference the attached solicitation document for the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause that are applicable to this acquisition. A statement advising offerors to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. Complete all appropriate certifications included in Sections I and K of the attached solicitation document. Deadline for Receipt of Request for Information (RFI): June 18, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. CST Submission of RFI: Reference Section L of the attached solicitation document for submission of offers instructions. Deadline for Receipt of Offers: June 23, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. CST Submission of Offers: Reference Section L of the attached solicitation document for submission of offers instructions. Offers shall be e-mailed to the addresses identified in Section L of the attached solicitation document.� When e-mailing the offer, include the attached solicitation document with a signature of an authorized representative in block 30 and the unit price and amount shown for each CLIN provided in Section B. Review all attachments to this combined synopsis/solicitation before submitting an offer. Evaluation of Offers: The evaluation for this acquisition will be solely based on lowest price of items that are found to be technically acceptable.� By signing its offer, the offeror certifies that each price stated on each CLIN includes an appropriate apportionment of all costs, direct and indirect, all state and local taxes, overhead, and profit.
