Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: ������������������������������������������������� State:��Indiana City:��Indianapolis Delineated Area:�� North: E. St. Clair Street South: Maryland Street to Washington Street East: East Street West: West Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��33,638 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��35,320 Space Type:��Office Structured Parking Spaces (Total):��11 Full Term:��20 years Firm Term:��15 years Additional Requirements: Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must be vertically contiguous. Offered space must be at least 18� above the ground. Offered Space must not be collocated in the same building or complex as Pretrial Services, Probation or Public Defenders. Offered space cannot be collocated in the same building with: Mental Health Facilities, Rehabilitation Facilities, Blood or Plasma Donation Centers, Bail Bonds, law firms specializing in Criminal Defense or Immigration cases, Social Service Organizations, or Temporary Labor Services. Offered space cannot be collocated with residential units. Offered Space must be more than one thousand feet from drug free zones, such as schools, colleges, universities, playgrounds, or housing facilities owned by a public housing authority. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
