End of Amendment� _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ __ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Hampton VAMC- Repair Boiler Plant Structure The Department of Veterans Affairs, 100 Emancipation Drive Hampton, VA 23667 has a requirement for a contractor to construction services for the replacement and repairing, and all associated structural and plumbing/mechanical as per plans and specifications for the Repair of the Boiler Plant Structure at the Hampton, VA Veterans Affair Center. General Scope: Work shall include, but is not limited to general construction, alterations, structural and plumbing construction and certain other items, drawings and specifications sections for building 15 at Hampton, VA Medical Center. Contract Duration: 120 calendar days from notice to proceed (NTP) Estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000 NAICS: 238120-Structural Steel and Precast Concrete Contractors Size Standard: $16.5 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be an open market, service-disabled veteran owned small business set aside (SDVOSB). Solicitation material will be available on/about May 4, 2021. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation, tentatively scheduled for 05/17/2021 at 9:00 am eastern standard time. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposals. The government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. No interested parties list is maintained. All interested vendors should register on this website. It is the offerors responsibility to check the web site periodically for any amendments/notices to the solicitation.
