Delivery for this procurement is DLA Direct. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, FOB at Origin, First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies. Production delivery is 239 DARO.� RESTRICTION ON THE ACQUISITION OF BALL AND ROLLER BEARINGS (JUN 2011). An award can only be made for a bearing manufactured in the United States, its outlying areas, or Canada and the cost of the bearing components (bearing element, retainer, inner race, outer race)�manufactured in the United States, its outlying areas, or Canada must exceed 50% of the total cost of the bearing components of that ball or roller bearing. See DFARS Clause 252.225-7016, RESTRICTION ON�ACQUISITION OF BALL AND ROLLER BEARINGS (Jun 2011). A Contractor's declaration on the domestic/foreign nature of the material being offered is required. Failure to provide this information may result in your quote not being considered for award. In the event no offered bearings meet this sourcing requirement, this solicitation may be cancelled and a waiver may be requested by the procurement activity. Upon receipt of an approved waiver, the requirement may be resolicited. See FAR 225.7009-4, Waiver, Restriction on Ball and Roller Bearings (DEC 2010). Enhanced Joint Certification Program � MANDATORY. This item has technical data some or all of which is subject to export-control of either the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and cannot be exported without the authorization of either the Department of State or the Department of Commerce prior to export. Export includes disclosure of technical data to foreign nationals whether located in the United States or abroad. This requirement applies equally to foreign national employees or U.S. companies and their foreign subsidiaries. DLA has enhanced its Joint Certification Program (JCP) registration and validation procedures. Selected National Stock Numbers (NSNs) will require additional permissions to access the associated technical data. In the event a vendor cannot access the technical data for a NSN in DLA cFolders, the vendor must submit a onetime request to jcpvalidation@dla.mil for technical data access consideration. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written proposal. See page 2 of the solicitation for methods of proposal submittal. The solicitation issue date is 22 JUN 21 closing 21 JUL 21. The Reverse Auction will be conducted on-line and you must register your company at dla.procurexinc.com in order to participate. Suppliers are encouraged to access Procurex to self-register and review the available training to learn how to participate in an auction. Suppliers who do not self-register will be loaded into Procurex by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation.
