This announcement and attached Request for Quote (RFQ) constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued.? This solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-05?and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement, current to DPN 20210224.� This procurement is Not a Small Business set-aside, therefore, any responsible source may submit a quote. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210, Software Publishers.�Make sure to read/review and fill out�the�representation�stated in Provision 52.204-24(d)(2).� The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Type Contract for�Supplies � Voice Over Data Software and Hardware in support�of�Marine Forces Storage Command (MFSC) aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, GA.�
