Sources Sought Notice This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to obtain information from qualified vendors with special interest relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 333120, Construction Machinery Manufacturing. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. The request is for the following: 1 - 524 P John Deere Front End Wheel Loader 1 EA 1 2 - Rockland Bucket John Deere 4-1 Front Loader Bucket 1 EA 1 Delivery to: BATTLE CREEK VA MED CTR 5500 ARMSTRONG ROAD BATTLE CREEK, MI 49037 Interested vendors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
