Description: The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement to obtain information on Patches. ATF is looking to gather information on companies who ATF has a need to outfit its personnel with a variety of external marking items to ensure identification as Federal Law Enforcement, more specifically ATF Agents, Investigators, Public Information Officers, etc. This �branding� or external marking most often takes the form of patches with a �hook and loop� backing to be affixed and removed from duty clothing and equipment. To enable this effort, ATF requires a vendor who can provide branding services in a timely and cost efficient manner.
