Description

Project is to convert one (1) large office into two (2) smaller offices by adding a wall and a man door, remove one (1) storage room from one (1) large office and convert into two (2) smaller offices, re-arrange system furniture walls and install new system furniture walls to reconfigure five (5) cubical offices into six (6) cubical offices with requisite power, comm, and data connectivity, and install new hand railing on wheelchair ramp and south entrance stairs on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK.� Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to execute the project as shown on the drawings, specifications, and requirements. IAW FAR 36.204(2) Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the estimated price for this project is between (c) Between $100,000 and $250,000. Site visit was held 26 May 2021.��
