Description

This is a solicitation notice for a non-commercial supply purchase. It is intended to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of this notice. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has established a requirement for the production, assembly, testing, and delivery of Plastics Waste Processing (PWP) equipment and spare parts for�US Navy ships. A copy of the Statement of Work is attached to this announcement. This solicitation shall be issued as a total small business set aside. All proposals received prior to the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
