Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a Limited-Competitive basis between Essex Electro Engineers (CAGE 21269) Original Equipment Manufacturer, and their authorized distributor Brighton Cromwell, LLC (CAGE 3NNX8). This limited competition will be for the procurement of�one (1) Mobile Electric Power Plant with Part Number C637, NSN 6115-01-600-0405, in support of the FMS, Bahrain Defense Force AH-1Z program. The Government intends to procure the above item(s) under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
