Description

Solicitation:�Please respond to this RFQ by emailing response to: SSgt�Bunda at E-mail: janmichael.bunda@us.af.mil no later than 2:00pm CST, 8�July 2021�� �Thursday (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Questions are due no later than 4:30 PM CST, 15 June 2021 � Tuesday. The Government is not obligated to answer any questions submitted after 15 June 2021.�It is the vendor�s responsibility to monitor the FBO system for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Failure to comply with SAM registration will deem the Offeror ineligible for award. *****PLEASE NOTE***** Availability of Funds Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
