Description

1. 1 kt Stand-alone Vehicle Diagnostics Computer that needs to be deployable without the use of infrastructure.� 2. Unit needs to have ability to diagnosis vehicle computer systems for specific vehicle manufactures aligning with current fleet� 3. Unit needs to have Commercial Internet services for on-line databases and troubleshooting of vehicle Controlled Area Networks� 4. Unit should be able to provide View live data and OEM flash codes, access built-in troubleshooting information and wiring diagrams, and perform bi-directional commands with a lifetime access to licence. �Should be able to withstand small drops, rain, and other industrial area conditions. �Rugged Laptop with heavy duty carrying case if mobile maintence See attached document for more details
