Description

1. Venting the excessive heat buildup at the POD. By having all the refrigeration units located inside this facility, the equipment is extremely overworked /strained by trying to keep all the food products cold inside the coolers. This creates a harsh working environment for the employees at the work center, by being exposed to the server heat temperatures. Installing an exhaust fan through the wall will provide excellent ventilation by pulling out the hot air and creating a cooler and more comfortable workplace. This will also help with prolonging the life cycle of the the equipment. Pictures are attached of the area of the wall requesting exhaust to be installed. 2.) Ten Pin Restaurant; Installation of three 208 volt outlets along the wall in the pizza station area so that cooking equipment can be plug in. 3.) Installation of two pole 40 amp receptacle so that power can be brought to the ice cream machine in the Wilderness Inn Dining Facility, bldg 647.
