7751 Site Visit - A site visit will be held on June 21, 2021 at 2:00 PM EST. All SDVOSB interested contractors will need to submit a list of employees (No more than 2 per contractor) to angelo.harris@va.gov no later than 10:00 AM EST on 06-17-2021. The Government will award a FIRM-FIXED PRICE CONTRACT. Evaluation - Award shall be made on the basis of Price and Other Factors. To be considered responsive, offerors shall respond in writing to the evaluation factors to Angelo.Harris@va.gov. The information contained in the technical proposal should be complete, concise, and address each factor completely. Submit one electronic copy of the technical proposal. Magnitude of Construction: Pursuant to FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this project is: Between $25,000 and $100,000. All questions are due July 1, 2021 at 10:00 AM EST. Proposal Due Date - Submission shall be received not later than July 15, 2021 at 3:00 PM EST. All correspondence shall be sent to Angelo.Harris@va.gov. All proposals submitted should be valid for a period of 120 Days. Any questions or concerns regarding this solicitation should be forwarded in writing via e-mail to the Contracting Officer, Guy Brooks at Guy.Brooks@va.gov or Angel Harris at Angelo.Harris@va.gov� _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _� PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Parking Lot Paving The Department of Veterans Affairs, 2300 Ramsey St., Fayetteville, North Carolina has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for Project UCC Check-In at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about April 02, 2021. Proposals will be accepted commencing with the issuance date of the solicitation. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from the www.beta.sam.gov website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the www.beta.sam.gov website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and in VetBiz database if applicable (VetBiz registration is required for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses) under the applicable NAICS. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database.
