- Description
- The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to procure on a sole source basis one (1) HC-130J Maintenance Kit (NSN 5180-01-611-6458) and one (1) C-130J Maintenance Kit� (NSN 5120-01-589-0675) in support of the HC-130J transition to Air Station Barbers Point, Hawaii. USCG intends to procure these kits using simplified acquisition procedures and in accordance with FAR Part 13.106(b)(1) to Danuels Manufacturing Corporation. Daniels Manufacturing Corporation is the OEM for these kits. Daniels Manufacturing Corporation has not sold the manufacturing data to any other vendor. Currently they are the only source that manufactures the HC-130J maintenance kits. They own the technical data, specifications and drawings required to manufacture these kits. This is not a request for quotes. A solicitation package will not be issued.
