- Description
- June 7, 2021 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51521Q00000011 for the requirement of Concrete Pad. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238110. Offers will be FOB destination with work to begin on July 6, 2021 and to be completed no later than July 30, 2021. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The evaluation factors are price and past performance. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as non-conformance under the contract terms. The solicitation will be made available on or about June 7, 2021 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website beta.SAM.gov. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. The onsite visit will be on June 16, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. central standard time. The anticipated date for receipt of quote is June 25, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. central standard time via mail or email. Each offeror (s) is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via www.sam.gov. Faith-Based organizations and Community-Based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. The anticipated date of award is July 2, 2021.
