- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is for a 2 story, modular facility.�The facility�shall be modular in nature and manufactured offsite. Assembly and installation may occur at the project site. The final location of the LABORATORY is within an existing, high-bay building, which has two main points of access: (a) via exterior 34� x 84� door, and (b) via a rollup door and interior passageways, at times limited to 65� wide and 15� high. All materials, whether end-product or supporting, must be passable via these means of access. See attached solicitation for full project requirements. Site Visit: A site visit will be held at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center on 17�June 2021 at 1100 EDT. Requests to attend the site visit must be sent to dillon.m.lucas@navy.mil with the following information no later than 12:00 PM, Noon EDT, 10�June�2021. Requests received after this date/time are not guarenteed to be processed in time for the site visit. No other site visit will be held. A maximum of (2) representatives from each company may be admitted to the site. The following information must be provided with the request: Full Name, Company Name, Travel Distance in miles from 5001 S. Broad St. Philadelphia PA, 19112 (if greater than 50 miles,� provide origin city and state) All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. �Quotations may be emailed to dillon.m.lucas@navy.mil.
